Plain language, no lawyer-speak. Dynamo is a small business run by one person. Here's what we do with your information and how to tell us to stop.

Who we are

This site and these emails come from Dynamo, operated by Yousef D., based in Brossard, Québec, Canada. If you ever want to reach a human about any of this, email yousef@sessions-dynamo.com.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately small:

  • Contact information you give us — for example, if you fill in a form or reply to an email: your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business contact information for outreach — publicly listed business email addresses we use to send the cold email that may have brought you here.
  • Basic website analytics — standard, aggregate visit data (which pages get viewed) so we can tell whether the site is useful. This does not identify you personally.

What we do with it

We use your information only to contact you about the pilot and to run the parts of it you agree to. That's it.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
  • We do not put tracking pixels in our emails — email open and link tracking is off.
  • We do not connect to your website, point-of-sale, or business accounts.

Getting removed

You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we'll do it. Email yousef@sessions-dynamo.com and say the word. No forms, no runaround.

Our emails & CASL

Some people reading this got a commercial email from us first. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we're required to identify ourselves and give you an easy way to opt out. Here's both.
