If you got an email from me, or you landed on /pilot and want the full story before you reply, this is that story — plainly, in one place. No pitch-deck language, no "book a call to learn more" games. Here's exactly what the pilot is, why it's free, what happens at each step, who qualifies, and what I ask for in return.
What the pilot actually is
I run a small, invite-only pilot for independent pharmacies and travel clinics: I build and fund a Yellow Fever patient-acquisition campaign for your business, at my cost, until it sends you 10 Yellow Fever inquiries. That's the whole offer. I build the ads, I build the landing page, I run it, I pay for the ad spend — around $200 worth of exposure — and I stop tracking the moment we hit 10. You don't pay for the pilot itself, and you don't run anything.
It runs for roughly a week once it's live. One pharmacy per city — I'm not running three competing pilots in the same market.
Why it's free
I'm expanding this system city by city, and right now I don't have a single travel-clinic case study to show the next city I approach. That's the honest gap the pilot exists to close: I need a handful of real independent pharmacies willing to run it with me so I have a verifiable result to point to, not a fabricated one.
Because of that, I have every reason to make the numbers visible rather than hide them. During the pilot you get a backend tracking sheet showing every inquiry as it comes in, with phone numbers masked to the last four digits for privacy. You see the real cost-per-inquiry the whole time it's running — nothing depends on you taking my word for the results.
What happens, step by step
- You get an invite. Either the cold email I sent you, or a reply/booking through /pilot after you found the site yourself.
- We confirm your city is open. One pharmacy per city, first come first served, so I check that before anything else.
- I build the campaign. Landing page, ads, call routing — built and paid for by me. You don't set anything up.
- It goes live and runs for about a week. Real people searching for a Yellow Fever vaccine in your area start reaching the page and calling.
- Your team answers and books the calls. That's the one thing that has to happen on your end — someone needs to pick up and book the patient in.
- The tracker updates as calls come in, last-4-masked, so you can watch the count climb toward 10 in real time.
- At 10 inquiries, it stops. I stop spending, stop tracking, and the pilot is done.
- If it worked for you, I ask for one honest Google review. Only if it worked. If it didn't, we just part ways — no review, no hard feelings.
Who qualifies
This isn't open to everyone, and it's not first-come-first-served across the board either — there's a short pre-filter, because the pilot only works if the pharmacy on the other end can actually convert the calls it generates. The criteria, as they stand:
- A licensed Yellow Fever vaccination centre — or a pharmacy able to order the vaccine in for booked appointments even without holding it on-site.
- An independent pharmacy or clinic — not a corporate chain location.
- One pharmacy per city, first come first served.
- A team that can actually answer the phone and book patients when the calls start coming in.
That last one matters more than it sounds. The pilot is only worth running if someone is there to pick up.
What I ask for in return
Answer the calls. Book the patients you can help. And if the pilot delivered real inquiries for you, leave one honest Google review — a real account of what happened, not a scripted testimonial. That's the entire ask. No payment, no contract, no long-term commitment baked into the pilot itself.
Plainly: there are no travel-clinic case studies or reviews from this pilot yet, because no invited pharmacy has finished a run. That's not a gap I'm hiding — it's the actual reason the pilot exists. I need the first honest results before I can show anyone the second.
Invite-only, for real
This isn't a mass sign-up funnel. We invite one pharmacy or clinic per city, chosen because it looked like a fit for a city we're expanding into next.
If you want the full breakdown with the tracker mockup and the FAQ, it's all on the pilot page. If you're ready, that's also where you claim your city.
